Paws Dog Field Gets a Glow Up!
Paws Xaló maintain a fully fenced dog field as a safe place to exercise dogs. Filled with fun equipment, it costs just €50 per year for unlimited use.
Even better, thanks to the hard work of our volunteers and some kind local companies, the field has just had a major glow up!
On the edge of the village of Xaló sits the Paws Xaló dog field - a large, private, safe and fully-fenced area filled with interesting dog exercise equipment.
The field, already an amazing asset for dog owners in the valley, recently underwent a renovation:
The whole field has been resurfaced. We would like to thank local company Moreno for doing such a great job, and also for their wonderful €300 donation to the charity!
An array of further high quality dog agility equipment has been added to the field. We would like to say a huge thank you to Anton Howlett of Ahowlettdesign, who has built and carefully handcrafted all of our fantastic agility equipment, giving our club members the opportunity to enjoy and develop their skills on equipment made with exceptional care and craftsmanship. He has also very generously donated his time and expertise free of charge in support of Paws Xaló Dog Rescue.
As well as these companies, a big thank you also to our volunteers, including Suzy and Natasha, for all their hard work making this renvoation possible.
Note that access to the dog field costs just €50 per year for unlimited use for one dog, and an extra €10 per additional dog. When you join you will be added to a WhatsApp group where members can arrange to meet up, and where any relevant announcements are made.
The field is available for members to use from 07:00-23:00 daily, except when it is being used for training classes. Class times are notified in advance via the WhatsApp group..
